Aureoled™ reviews return requests fairly and according to the condition of the product and the circumstances reported.
Customers should inspect delivered items before taking them outdoors, installing them, or using them with fishing equipment.
Return eligibility may depend on product condition, packaging, hygiene considerations, and the reason for the request.
Items should not be modified, dismantled, or intentionally damaged before a return review.

Return Eligibility

An item may be eligible for return when it is:

• Within the return period displayed by the store

• Unused or only inspected as reasonably necessary

• Clean and complete

• Returned with included parts and accessories

• Accompanied by valid order information

Items showing substantial outdoor use, water exposure, corrosion, bait residue, unauthorized repair, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a standard return.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If an item appears damaged, incomplete, or different from the order, contact customer support before using it. Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area may be requested.

Return Review

Do not send an item to an unconfirmed destination. Return instructions must first be issued through the official support process. Once an eligible return is received, it may be inspected before the request is completed.

Original delivery charges, return costs, and available resolutions may vary according to the reason for the return and applicable requirements.
